Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) is Australia’s leading employer of apprentices and trainees for the healthcare, infrastructure, business and trade sectors. 

We’ve successfully placed thousands of apprentices and trainees with host businesses since our establishment in 2011, providing a time saving, cost effective and risk-free hiring solution. And we’re growing, with branches across the country.

Our role is to take the hard work and administration of recruiting and employing an apprentice or trainee, so employers can focus on running a successful business and training them to their specific needs.

ACA and the healthcare sector

 

As part of the Alliance Australia portfolio of healthcare brands, we have built a reputation as a leading provider of entry-level workers for the community and NDIS sector, specialising in personal care, disability support and aged care traineeships.

Key partnerships with State and Federal government bodies include delivering:

•  The Home Care Workforce Support Program in South Australia and the Northern Territory. This program is part of the Federal Government’s goal to grow the nation’s home care workforce by 13,000 over the next two years.
•  The More Jobs More Care program, a NSW Government initiative to increase participation in the care industry and support the needs of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants.

ACA and Infrastructure Traineeships

 

We are the recruitment partner for the NSW Government’s Infrastructure Traineeship Program, a career pathway for Year 12 school leavers to gain valuable on-the-job experience and training in Business, Project Management, Procurement and Contracting.

 

ACA and trade apprenticeships

 

We are a Group Training Organisation (GTO) that hires the best apprentices and trainees and places them with leading employers around the country. This includes placing candidates in popular trade-based programs for mechanic, electrical and landscaping apprenticeships.
