Carpentry Apprenticeship - Local Business in Canberra! 

Are you ready to further develop your career in carpentry? We're looking for an enthusiastic individual that wants to get involved in the world of building and construction, one of the most essential and rewarding trades in the industry to date!  You will learn alongside qualified tradespeople through hand-on experience all whilst working toward being trade qualified yourself at the end of the apprenticeship! 

This is a 2nd year apprentice role best suited for someone who has already commenced their Apprenticeship!

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

General Construction Tasks: From framing walls to installing fixtures, you'll play a vital role in every stage of the construction process, contributing to the creation of quality structures.

Truss Building: Learn the art of crafting trusses for residential buildings, ensuring structural integrity and safety.

Renovations and Remodeling: Take part in transforming existing spaces, breathing new life into homes through renovation and remodeling projects.

Timber and Metal Framing: Master the art of timber and metal framing, learning how to construct sturdy structures for residential buildings.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS 

• Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or New Zealand Citizen
• Must have Construction White Card or be willing to obtain! 
• Absestos Awareness Training Complete or be willing to obtain! 
• Silica Training Certificate or be willing to obtain! 
• Drivers Licence and Vehicle is required
• Not have any qualifications exceeding a Certificate III in Carpentry
