About the roles

• Earn while you learn - gain your Certificate III in Individual Support (ageing) and be paid for on and off the job training
• Part-time Traineeship (min. of 15 hours per week up to max of 37 hours - this is dependent on rostering and your availability)
• Duties include supporting the elder to live the life they choose allowing them to exercise choice and independence; Contribute to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of the elder, through assessment and observation; Assist the elder/ with their personal care and hygiene needs whilst encouraging their independence.
